PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

TERMS
We accept credit cards two ways. If you have a Paypal account you may use that or you can process your credit card the traditional way during our secure check-out.

SHIPPING
We ship in stock items within 72 hours, but custom orders will be handled on an individual basis. Standard shipping charge is $6.95. Orders are shipped by US Postal Service, Priority Mail.

RETURNS
We will gladly return any STOCK product that is defective within 15 days. For CUSTOM products due to the individuality of each piece we are unable to accept any returns unless it is defective due to craftsmanship.

REPLACEMENT PIECES
If during installation you happen to damage a piece or word, continue to apply the remainder of the quote. Once done give us a call at 507-744-3152. We will then mail out your damaged pieces ABSOLUTELY FREE!>

ORDERING
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to the total order at check out.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping information. Click here to TRACK YOUR ORDER.

Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email-address-shipping address).
